How we decide live shipping
We dispatch live animals on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Shipping is automatically paused on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday so parcels are not placed into the postal system later in the week.
Before dispatch, the card checks the configured shipping location and the forecast for both the dispatch day and the next-day arrival window. Shipping is paused if either day reaches 30.0°C or above. If conditions fall to 5.0°C or below, a heat pack warning may be shown instead.
