1. Promoter

David Renton, The Spoodoire, 103 Thorney Park, Wroughton, Swindon, SN4 0QT (the “Promoter”) operates this free prize draw.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to registered Spoodoire customers who are aged 18 or over and resident in England, Scotland or Wales. Employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, anyone professionally connected with the draw, and their immediate families may not enter.

Entrants must provide accurate account and contact information. Entries are personal, non-transferable and subject to verification. The Promoter may reject duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete, late or otherwise ineligible entries.

3. How to Enter

Registration route

An eligible customer who creates a Spoodoire account and selects the prize draw eligibility declaration receives 5 entries. This registration award is available once per person for this draw.

Purchase-linked route

An eligible registered customer who voluntarily opts in during checkout receives 10 entries for every complete £20.00 spent on qualifying non-draw products. The calculation uses product-line totals after discounts, including product tax but excluding delivery charges.

Products remain sold at their normal displayed prices, and no separate charge is made for prize draw entry. A purchase is not necessary because the postal route below is available.

Free postal route

Send a separate letter by ordinary First Class or Second Class post to the Promoter’s address above. Each valid, separately posted request receives 10 entries. Recorded, tracked, courier and Special Delivery submissions are not accepted.

The letter must arrive before the closing date and contain the entrant’s full name, postal address, registered Spoodoire account email, draw name and the following signed declarations: “I confirm that I am aged 18 or over”, “I confirm that I live in Great Britain”, and “I agree to the published prize draw terms”.

Read the complete postal-entry instructions.

4. Entry Limits and Equal Treatment

A maximum of 100 active entries per person applies across registration, purchase-linked and postal routes combined. Entries from every route are placed in the same draw pool and each individual entry has an equal chance of winning.

Where fewer entries remain before the overall draw capacity or personal limit is reached, only the remaining permitted number will be issued.

5. The Prize

Test prize draw

The prize is subject to availability. The Promoter will provide the advertised prize or, where reasonably necessary, an equivalent prize or reasonable cash alternative of equal value. The winner may not transfer or sell their claim.

6. Opening and Closing

The draw opens on June 26, 2026 12:00 am and closes on July 5, 2026 12:00 am. Online qualifying actions must complete, and postal entries must be received, before the closing time.

The Promoter will not reduce the advertised prize, cancel the draw because of low participation, or change the closing date unless unavoidable circumstances beyond its reasonable control make a change necessary and applicable law and promotional rules permit it.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

After the draw closes, the winner will be selected from all active eligible entries by the draw system’s verifiably random and auditable computer process. Postal, registration and purchase-linked entries are not distinguished during selection.

The Promoter will contact the selected winner using their registered email address. The winner must respond and complete any reasonable eligibility checks within 14 days. If the winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted or does not respond in time, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner using the same process.

The Promoter aims to deliver or arrange collection of the prize within 28 days after verification, unless a different reasonable timetable is agreed with the winner.

8. Cancelled and Refunded Orders

If an order that generated purchase-linked entries is cancelled or fully refunded before the draw, its linked non-winning entries are cancelled automatically and removed from the active draw. Registration and valid postal entries are unaffected by an unrelated order cancellation.

9. Privacy and Winner Information

Personal information is used to administer the draw, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes, prevent abuse and maintain the draw audit trail. It will be handled in accordance with the Spoodoire privacy policy and applicable data-protection law.

The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of a major-prize winner. Entrants may object to publication or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when required.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete or not received because of postal, technical or communications failures outside its reasonable control. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Promoter’s decisions concerning administration of the draw are final, subject to applicable consumer law and the entrant’s right to use the complaints process.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory rights and jurisdiction available to them as consumers in their place of residence.

11. Contact and Complaints

Questions, eligibility requests and complaints should be sent to: [email protected].

The Promoter will investigate complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the Promoter will explain any available independent dispute-resolution route.
